Kathy purchased from us on December 20th, 2003. We kept in touch with her via e-mail thru the New Year, and this is what she had to say:

"I got the book the last week of December and so far so good! I haven't bitten them since week #1 and my nails have grown out enough so they look normal! It's a struggle, but I'm doing good! Thanks for your help. Kathy"

As we mention repeatedly in the book, a high level of motivation is very, very helpful. By the time many people reach us, they are quite frustrated and ready to put this chapter of their life behind them. Following this note from Kathy, she followed up with us and indicated that she had successfully quit her habit. Even a 10 hour flight to Paris did not faze her! Now that's a cure!
